David Mo is a relationship-driven mortgage professional with a background in software development for financial institutions and a bachelor's degree in computer science from UWM. David has a strong foundation in problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities which he applies to working with clients looking to finance their home purchase. Before entering the mortgage industry, David worked as a realtor with Keller Williams and enjoyed working with real estate investors and first time home buyers. David is also a real estate investor and has acquired and renovated several investment properties. Having experience as a realtor and real estate investor has given David a multifaceted perspective on the real estate industry and on the advice he gives to clients on how to navigate purchasing a home.

Currently, David is a full-time loan officer at Epic Mortgage where his mission is to empower clients to enhance their financial knowledge and well-being while helping them realize their dreams of homeownership. He thrives on delivering an exceptional borrowing experience and ensuring that his clients receive personalized guidance and support throughout the mortgage process. Passionate about finance, investing, and serving others, David is committed to building meaningful connections and providing top-notch service to every individual he works with.
In his free time, David loves to be active and outdoors. During colder months you can find him snowboarding and ice skating. When it's warmer outside, you'll find David at Bradford Beach playing volleyball, or paddleboarding down the Milwaukee River, or taking a hike through Seven Bridges. As a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur, you may bump into him at different Collectivo and Stone Creek locations across Milwaukee.
